Mr. Ruben has considerable experience in commercial real estate investment and finance transactions, corporate and partnership matters and federal income tax planning.  He represents Fortune 500 clients and high net worth individuals throughout the United States and abroad in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate and in the origination, acquisition and restructuring of mortgages and corporate debt obligations.  Mr. Ruben has extensive experience in commercial construction, retail and office leasing and asset management.
